Breastfeeding positions

Position for breastfeeding
The best position for the baby and the mom when she nurses him: Lien down or sitting , but always with the supported back.
The posture for breastfeeding should be change and adequate to the individual preferences and circumstances. Every mother will find their favourite position depending on their and the baby's sensibility. Therefore, there are several recommended positions that don't cause back pains and avoid the usual bad positions that cause uncomfortable pains and allow the baby to suck correctly and comfortable the mom's breast.
The seated position for breastfeeding:
It is a position very good to guarantee a good support of the back. Try to choose a chair with high endorsement and arms to be able to lean. Place a small stool underneath the feet to relax the abdomen and not have to incline.
It is important to support the baby head, resting it in the forearm, closely together of the mother's wrist.
The prone position:
He is advisable by fatigue, specially after the childbirth or in the breastfeeds at night. In order to have the correct position, lie on side, with an arm underneath the head of the baby, to maintain it well, and two pillows. The baby must lie on top of the mother, slightly turned, and well held by the hand of the mother which surrounds his back.

The giant playroom of the Parenting Center buzzed with activity as children took advantage of playing with their peers and siblings as moms, aunts, babysitters and nannies looked on. Then pizza time arrived, complete with party hats. The first Wednesday pizza lunch is a tradition at the center, where birthdays for that month are celebrated by all.
