Childrens books

Babies enjoy very much children's books, specially if they can look at them with their parents.
It is recommendable to choose books for babies, resistant to bites and hits, with an easy use for the child and simple drawings that the baby will identify with no problems. While the baby is very young they enjoy simple drawings of only one item.
Use this childrens books one at the time, if they are looking at more than one book, they will use them loke toys throwing them in the floor and not concentrating on looking inside of it.
Try to read slowly and enunciate depending on the content of the book, making the kids more intesting in what's going on.
Before passing to the next page, stop to let the kid looking at the pictures. Also if you make impressions with the caracters of the book they will find it fun.

The books should be reachable for the kids, in an toy box in their room or in a low shelf.
