The day after conception - early symptoms of pregnancy

While most early signs of pregnancy don't occur until a few weeks after conception, there are a few things you can look for if you think you are pregnant.

The day after conception, early symptoms of pregnancy can include a drop in temperature. This happens almost immediately upon implantation. This drop in temperature can be accompanied by implantation bleeding, i.e., light spotting but not a menstrual period. This hormone is responsible for many of the changes a pregnant woman experiences including mood swings, body temperature changes, morning sickness, etc.
